How do I join the Zoom celebration?
After registering, Zoom will email you a personal confirmation link. On March 13, simply click that link 15-20 minutes before the event begins. Your Zoom Host will welcome you in.
Do I need a Zoom account to join?
No account is required to join as a guest. You will need the free Zoom app downloaded on your device. Visit zoom.us to download it. It only takes a moment and is completely free.
Do I need to have my camera on?
Yes, and here is why it matters. Your face will be displayed on the ballroom screen as part of the Virtual Front Row. Marilyn will see you. We encourage everyone to be camera-ready and dressed to celebrate.
Is the Zoom link private?
Yes. Your personal join link is sent only to you and should not be shared. The event is for invited guests only and is managed by our Zoom Hosts throughout the evening.
What if I have trouble connecting on the day?
Our Zoom Hosts will be available before and during the event to assist you. If you join early, 15-20 minutes ahead, there will be ample time to troubleshoot any technical issues before the celebration begins.
